picturesque Coltishall Common, a place where the unique Norfolk Wherries
loaded and discharged their cargo in a bygone age, now a mooring place for
pleasure craft using the River Bure which connects into the Broads waterway
system (an ancient trading route) with boat access to over 200 miles of
waterways. Broadgates consists of two self contained annexes to cater for those wishing for longer stay self catering accommodation or alternatively short stay B+B including breakfast. Annexe 1. consists of 1st floor accommodation lounge/kitchen, bedroom sleeps 2/3 en-suite shower and toilet. Entrance/exit by external, covered stairs. Those opting for self catering will find the annexe fully equipped to a high standard. T.V, video, microwave, full sized cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and gas central heating. |

| Annexe 2 is ground floor accommodation with its own entrance/exit, fully equipped to the same high standard as annexe 1. Sleeps 2. Bed linen and towels are provided, There is ample off-road parking If required the annexes can be serviced on a daily basis. Tariff as follows:
